This CL adds support for the these 7 new instructions to 6a/6l in
preparation of the upcoming CL for AES-NI accelerated crypto/aes:
AESENC, AESENCLAST, AESDEC, AESDECLAST, AESIMC, AESKEYGENASSIST,
and PSHUFD.
