runtime: rename ·main·f to ·mainPC to avoid duplicate symbol

runtime·main·f is normalized by the linker to runtime.main.f, as is
the compiler-generated symbol runtime.main·f. Change the former to
runtime·mainPC instead.

Fixes issue #9934
