EON and ORN are efficient ARM64 instructions. EON combines (x ^ ^y) into a single operation, and so ORN does for (x | ^y). This CL implements that optimization. And here are benchmark results with RaspberryPi3/ArchLinux. 1. A specific test gets about 13% improvement.
