- Don't export Prog structure.
- Remove ProgHeader and ExecTable structures.
- Add Magic, Bss and Entry fields in FileHeader.
- Replace ?_MAGIC variables with constants.
- Ignore final EOF from ReadAt.
- Improve documentation.
