Included in a warning that EncodeToMemory may return an incomplete PEM
encoded structure if invalid headers are supplied. Example:

	pem.EncodeToMemory(&pem.Block{
		Headers: map[string]string{
			"a":   "test1",
			"b:c": "test2",
		},
	})

Returns:

	-----BEGIN -----
	a: test1
